- All flight, Umrah, and visa bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices are quoted in EUR and include a €15 service charge per ticket.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking confirmation.
- We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash (in-office).
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies vary by airline and service provider.
- The €15 service charge is non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed according to the airline's cancellation policy.
- Visa fees are non-refundable once application is submitted.
3. Umrah & Hajj Packages
- Package prices include flights, hotel accommodation, and visa processing.
- Hotel upgrades and additional services available at extra cost.
- We are not responsible for delays or changes by airlines or hotels.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information for bookings.
- You are responsible for having valid travel documents (passport, visa).
- You must comply with all airline and government regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mustafa Travels & Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking.
6. Changes to Bookings
Changes to bookings are subject to airline/hotel fees and availability. A €15 administrative fee applies for any modification.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and code, is the property of Mustafa Travels & Tours and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
